Cargo transportation by sea, road and rail in Russia will recover to the pre-pandemic level in 2022, analysts of the NKR predict. Passenger air transportation will return to these indicators only in 2024.

With its environmental, social and economic advantages, rail is a fitting response to the challenges of mass passenger and freight mobility. It plays a major role in the decarbonisation of the economy and thus contributes to the preservation of the planet.
