Hefei International Dry Port actively connects with key parks and enterprises in Anhui Province. According to the needs of large-scale export enterprises in Anhui Province, it scientifically customizes trains to ensure that goods can be transported in Anhui and as needed. More and more goods are converted from «carpooling» to «Special car».

September was a key node for the development of Hefei China-Europe Express. It successfully achieved 400 new breakthroughs that month, exceeding the full-year shipping volume of 2019 nearly 4 months ahead of schedule, opening up the French Duerj, Russia Thunayar, Ukraine Kiev And other new stations, through the five major railway exit ports of Alashankou, Horgos, Erenhot, Manzhouli and Suifenhe.

It is understood that among the 60 trains shipped in September, 23 are 100% Anhui local goods, most of which are customized special trains for enterprises, mainly serving local manufacturing enterprises such as Jianghuai Automobile, Chery Automobile, Midea, and Meiling. Including local Anhui products such as freezers, refrigerators, and color LCD screens, to help transport goods from Anhui to Anhui, and strive to create more efficient and convenient land import and export channels.

As of October 7, 2020, Hefei China-Europe Express has opened 432 trains, a year-on-year increase of 38.9%.

Currently, Hefei China-Europe Express (including rail-sea combined transport) has opened 28 routes, passing through 10 countries including Germany, Finland, France, Russia, and connecting 29 node cities including Hamburg, Helsinki, and Dusseldorf. A transportation network will be formed with Hefei as the main hub, west to Europe, north to Mongolia and Russia, east to connect ports, and south to expand the ocean transportation network.

According to reports, in the next step, Hefei China-Europe Express will seize the opportunity of the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone to be approved, and use customized trains as a breakthrough to promote Hefei China-Europe Express to accelerate the expansion of international channels to Eastern Europe, South Asia, the Middle East and ASEAN, and further build The whole ecological industry chain, accelerate the construction of an integrated modern circulation system in the Yangtze River Delta, and strive to create an efficient and convenient land import and export channel integrating port, bonded, customs clearance, multimodal transportation, logistics and finance.
