KTZ Chairman of the Management Board Elzhas Otynshiev held a working meeting with Global DTC Ltd CEO Ieong Ui Tang, SIPG Vice President and NIZE Intelligent Technology Chairman Liu Changman. The talks followed a trilateral framework agreement on strategic cooperation in the digitalisation of the Middle Corridor and Kazakhstan’s transport terminals signed in Shanghai.
A key focus was the implementation of a Terminal Operating System (TOS) to improve terminal management and optimise logistics processes. The parties discussed practical aspects of integrating the new system and outlined further steps for the digital transformation of railway stations and ports. They also considered ways to develop Kazakhstan’s transit potential and expand technological cooperation aimed at modernising transport infrastructure and strengthening regional connectivity.
KTZ and its partners expect the joint implementation of IT solutions and advanced technologies to improve the efficiency of logistics chains and reduce cargo handling times on key routes. The cooperation is also intended to create additional opportunities for expanding transit traffic through Kazakhstan and further increasing the competitiveness of the Middle Corridor.
