Currently, increase in the volume of transit traffic to accelerate international traffic and increase their reliability is observed. The volume of transit is an indicator of the development of the transport infrastructure, legal regulation and competitiveness of the national economy as a whole. The transit potential of the country is due not only to the possibility of the infrastructure, but also to the pace of introduction of modern technologies in transport and logistics processes.
